🐾 Refund & Returns Policy.
At Toy Breed Puppies, our goal is to ensure every family receives a happy, healthy puppy and a smooth, trustworthy adoption experience. Because each puppy is a living companion and not a product, our refund and return policies are designed to prioritize the wellbeing of our puppies while protecting both the buyer and the breeder.
📌 1. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit.
This deposit:
- Removes the puppy from all listings
- Guarantees your claim on that specific puppy
- Covers initial veterinary care and holding costs
If you cancel or change your mind for any reason, the reservation fee is not refundable.
📌 2. Final Payments
Final payment is due before pickup or delivery, depending on the arrangement.
Once payment is completed and the puppy has been handed over or shipped, no refunds will be issued unless covered by our Health Guarantee section.
📌 3. Health Guarantee Return Terms
We provide a veterinary-certified health guarantee stating that your puppy is healthy at the time of sale.
If within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, a licensed veterinarian finds a major congenital or life-threatening condition, you must:
- Contact us immediately
- Provide the full veterinarian report
- Follow up with supporting medical documentation
If confirmed, you may choose between:
- A replacement puppy of equal value, or
- A partial refund, depending on the situation
We do not cover:
- Minor, common, or easily treatable conditions
- Issues caused by negligence, accidents, or improper care
- Illnesses contracted after pickup/delivery
📌 4. No Returns for Allergies or Personal Reasons.
Because puppies experience stress and emotional attachment, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Allergies
- Personal preference
- Lifestyle changes
- Landlord or housing issues
- Inability to provide proper care
Please be sure you are ready for long-term ownership before reserving a puppy.
Delivery and transport fees are non-refundable, as they are third-party services.
If you miss a scheduled delivery or change plans last-minute, you may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees.
📌 6. Rehoming Assistance
If for any reason you are no longer able to keep your puppy, we will assist in helping you rehome the puppy responsibly.
Refunds are not offered in these situations, but we will help ensure the puppy goes to a loving family.
By making a deposit, completing a purchase, or adopting one of our puppies, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
