All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy or upcoming litter spot. Once a deposit is placed, the puppy is marked as sold and removed from public listings.
Non-refundable deposits ensure that each puppy is reserved by a serious buyer and receives personalized preparation for their new home.
💛 Refund Eligibility
A full refund is provided only if:
• The puppy develops a serious health condition before pickup/delivery.
• Our licensed veterinarian determines the puppy is not fit for adoption.
• The breeder must cancel the sale for any internal or medical reason.
